Anti-corruption policy

The nature of the company and its activities exposes EGEVASA to various risks, such as ethical risks in the field of corruption and influence peddling that, if they were to materialise, would entail criminal liability on the company’s behalf and on the behalf of those responsible for such acts.

EGEVASA is a responsible company that promotes an ethical culture and respect for the rules, and is committed to the active prevention of illegal conduct. For this reason, it has approved an Anti-Corruption Policy that facilitates and promotes compliance with the rules in place at the organisation, and expressly prohibits any conduct associated with the risks whose prevention is the subject of this Policy.

This Policy, which must be agreed to by all the members of EGEVASA, as well as the personnel who act in the name or on behalf of EGEVASA, sets out the principles and guidelines in relation to hospitality, courtesy and other attentions, as well as to contracting and purchases processes. It also indicates how to act in the event of potential conflicts of interest and in the event of any dangerous situation caused by a request for potential behaviour that is prohibited by this Policy.
